Application Procedure
- 1️⃣ Applicants must complete the application form for the Young Lecturer Program scholarship by visiting the official website of Yayasan Pendidikan Rakyat.
- 2️⃣ Only successful applicants will be shortlisted and called for an interview session.
- 3️⃣ Only those who pass the interview session will be issued an offer letter.

The teaching permit is issued by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).
No, participants are free to apply for teaching positions at any higher education institution in Malaysia.
This program is conducted fully online.
Classes are held every Saturday and Sunday. The schedule is from 9:00AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Yes, you can. After completing the course, participants can apply to become Open Distance Learning (ODL) lecturers at IUC. To become a full-time lecturer, participants must meet performance criteria and go through an application process. Participants can also apply to teach at other universities across Malaysia.
After completing the course, participants must undergo a medical check-up at any clinic or hospital and submit the medical report to the university to complete the permit application process.
That’s not an issue. The classes are flexible. You just need to inform the person in charge (PIC), and recorded sessions will be provided.
